MANUEL P. ASENSIO IS ALREADY FIGHTING BACK AND WINNING

"You will remember that you tried to silence me. You lost. Now I am the only individual in the Nation authorized to use the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) federal trademarks in my political campaigns. All because your refuse to allow debate of my criticisms the RNC's constitutional and judicial policies. I won by showing that your trade mark suit was part of a long series of actions to silence my charge that the Federalist Society has joined with the RNC’s unelected staff to subvert the authority of the RNC’s elected members to control Party’s
constitutional and judicial policy.
