Asensio's opposition to the Federalist Society's strangehold on the Republican National Committee’s federal judiciary policy won the right to use the GOP's federal trademarks in his campaigns.

The Federalist Society's policy that the only defense you have against organized federal judicial corruption is through the appointment and confirmation process is absurd, hypocritical, unlawful, and unconstitutional.
